Clicker training has revolutionised the world of dog training. The days of dragging dogs around village halls on choke chains are rapidly diminishing.
Clicker training opens the classroom door and invites dogs into a world of enjoyable canine education. The whole clicker training ethos is centred around the dog being the primary participant in the training session. Each session should be viewed as an investment in the dog's future. Clicker training ultimately leads to positive behaviours being performed with reliablity, enthusiasm and vigour. I’ve yet to see an unhappy clicker trained dog. Life is about relationships and how they are managed. Your dog's behaviour is highly dependant on the depth of his relationship with you. Clicker training is a great tool to strengthen your bond with your best friend.
